returning to regular programming

Just listening to Something for Kate playing a cover of Jebediah's Harpoon. Really cool.

I think that's one thing the record company could capitalise on - there's so many great mp3s of acoustic sets, cover versions, live tracks.. I'd seriously consider putting up some subscription dollars for a napster-like service pushing good quality mp3s of b-sides, covers, and live. It's a great way to discover new music and artists, and since it's rarely published on CD, the record companies technically aren't really missing out on sales.. if anything, I'd probably track down and buy any good music I heard (which was how I used Napster when it was still kicking) Just a thought.
