The guys from work left a rented copy of Behind Enemy Lines at my place last night, so in a fit of general lazy boredom this morning after Fly finished, I chucked the DVD on.
What could've been a good movie was pretty much ruined by bad direction, a bit of shaky politics, and a performance that I swear Gene Hackman spent most of wishing he was somewhere else. It felt like watching a 90 minute trailer.
Or maybe I just haven't watched a real action flick in a while.
