bunch of thoughts
I'm now back living 'at home' in my shared villa (that's the actual term used to describe the building... sounds all Tuscan and seaside, I can assure you it's neither). I spent the first night back lying on my bed and listening to music at volumes you can't even think about in a block of flats.
Caught The Bourne Identity at the movies last week. Altogether not a bad film, but it's got nothing on the book. Worth seeing just to smile at (a) how many times Franke Potente swears in German, and (b) how good it sounds when she does.
If you're in the US, check out Paul Dempsey's tour to support the release of Something for Kate's CD release in the states. He's solo and acoustic, which means it should be an amazing show.

What she said, but minus the "mmm mmm" bit.

He also has a perpetual cold/flu/chest infection, which he always apologises for and yet still sounds amazing.

There's my only even-half-decent shot of his last solo tour. I was pretty far back in the crowd, and the lighting guy managed to spotlight Paul's bare feet and have the rest of him in shadow, which are both good excuses as far as I'm concerned.
Just extrapolate from shauny's comment.

More importantly, I feared for the quality of the Bourne Identity, I loved that book as a kid.
