uhm, right

Matt and I went magazine-hunting for April last night, who was stuck at home not feeling too good. It was after 8, so the local shops were shut, and we figured the little service station on the corner was the best bet.

We stepped inside the little shop, and at eye-level on the left hand wall was a rack of, uhm, tasteful magazines in their little plastic sleeves. The kind of thing you'd expect to be in paper bags under the counter.

And where was 'That's Life' magazine? It's too-hot-for-some mix of puzzles and competitions was hidden away behind the counter.

It's a strange world we live in.

You don't want to tarnish young minds with word puzzles to win cars - oh no, better SEAL IT IN PLASTIC and hide it behind the counter?

Maybe they don't want misguided youth stealing the wrong magazines thinking them to be full of filth.

My mind is still boggling.

But it is full of pamphlets for soft drink hampers! That's a whole nother story, that is.
