damned hackers
If you're running Movable Type (pre v2.6) and don't have the Sanitize plugin, grab a copy and install it. Better yet, update to the latest version (I will soon, promise).
My blog, from what I can tell, was hacked last week and probably used to run all sort of IRC-bot ugliness. I only noticed because of an odd comment (containing php code) and a weird file listed in my stats.
Does anyone get the impression hacking and spamming blogs is going to be the next big thing?

I got bored and switched to Movable Type 2.63 just for kicks. The switch was painless and the new version is swanky. Big fan of Mena and Ben's work.
