landscape
I'm not a big fan of landscape photos, but here's one I took a few weeks ago on the Mt Henry spit. What's more impressive is that behind the trees is a six-lane freeway, and just framed out to the right is that big concrete bridge.
Incidentally, has anyone else noticed Perth's loose definition of "mountain," as in Mt Henry? We're really desperate for geographic features if a small bump like that's deserving of mt in front of its name...

Thanks for the laugh, man. I needed that. The part about being "really desperate for geographic features" got a chuckle out of me. And I'm not one to chuckle. Superb!

Australia is known for over-exaggerating it's "land marks"

I think we're charmingly contradictory. Might I present the absolutely enormous geographical feature known as Ayre's Rock

When I visited Perth last year, I was astounded that people called their sand-pits a "font lawn".
P.S. The "big" one of the bridge has to be one of my favourite photographs, anywhere...
