Heat
Thankfully yesterday's power crisis ended in the early afternoon, so we didn't have to sit through 40°C heat in the office with no aircon for a whole day, just most of it.

Hey you're just complaining because you don't like chilli.
Anyway, that recipe was pretty liberal with both the words "dessert" and "pizza" and is my most solid evidence that recipes on the web should be taken with big hulking grains of sea salt.
