Lazy
I felt like taking photos on Sunday, but it was hot and I couldn't be bothered actually going somewhere just to take photos. So here's a photo of the grapevine next to the pool at home.
Speaking of the weekend: the reason that whole thou shalt not use flashes at gigs thing came up was Friday night. While watching Missy Higgins at the Fly By Night down in Freo, I stood a few metres from the stage watching people in front of me stick their camera out above the crowd, focus, and then FWOOMP! take a photo and duck back into the masses again. The photos, which you could see on the screen before they yanked the camera down again, were universally overexposed and flat.
Missy was amazing though!
If she ever releases a cover of Eye of the Tiger I'm there with bells on.

thats one cover i'd pay good money to hear the end of, and just to rub it in for all missy fans who weren't at the friday night gig at the fly by it absolutely freakin' rocked

Oh I hear you on the flash thing, personally I find people taking photos of the city from Kings Park with a flash the most stupid. I'm sure they get a nice shot of the hand rail though.

Yes the flash. Ruins every single Olympic ceremony for me because I spend the whole thing thinking about what a waste of time the flashes are.
