I work with teams to create considered products.

I’ve been taking a break to focus on Sample Coffee since May 2023, but am open to new opportunities, particularly in the areas of climate or social good.

Previously, I spent five years leading the digital design team at Scentre Group, creating digital products which enrich and enhance the experiences of people visiting Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand.

I’ve spent the last nine years designing, building, and running a coffee subscription service with a local Sydney coffee roaster, which I've spoken about at Web Directions 2017 and in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane as part of the Localhost Deployment.

Before that I spent three years collaborating with a range of clients on their digital products: I’ve helped a fulfilment-focused startup evolve their product experience, a media brand test new product ideas, helped reshape the design language of a conference series, and a government department better communicate the sensitive subject of mining and exploration.

I’m also one-half of the team organising the new Designing Products meetup in Sydney, to bring together the city’s product and design community to share what they’ve learned.

Prior to that I spent five years at news.com.au as Art Director, leading the design and front-end development teams.

My skills:

What I do

I enjoy working with people, not for people. To be a part of shaping the vision and detail of products people use every day, and use a pragmatic approach to design to continually evolve them. I help people across all parts of a business to tap into their creative skills.

And depending on the hour and occasion, I’m also likely to be searching for great coffee, craft beer or gin.

Let’s talk.
